Service Provider: MindQuora – Psychotherapy & Counseling Services
Location: Based in India, serving clients internationally (where permitted)
1. Scope of Services
MindQuora offers psychotherapy and counselling for individuals through one-on-one sessions. These services are for emotional and psychological support and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care.
2. Eligibility
To access services, clients must:
- Be 18 years or older (or have parent/guardian consent if under 18)
- Be mentally fit to engage in therapy
3. Confidentiality
Your privacy is a priority. All sessions are confidential. Information will only be disclosed with your written consent, unless required by law due to:
- Imminent risk of harm to self or others
- Suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult
- Legal obligations (e.g. court order)
Online sessions use secure platforms, but absolute confidentiality over digital channels cannot be guaranteed.
4. Session Duration & Scheduling
Sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes , depending on the service type. All sessions are scheduled in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Fees & Payment
Session type and Fees are already mentioned in the 'Services' section. All payments must be made in full prior to the session via approved payment modes. International payments may be subject to conversion fees or processing charges.
Alternatively, for the convenience of International clients, payments can be made by their friends/family residing in India on their behalf.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
- Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Crisis Situations
MindQuora does not provide emergency or crisis intervention. In case of an emergency, please contact local mental health services, a hospital, or emergency helpline in your region.
8. Termination of Services
MindQuora reserves the right to discontinue therapy if:
- The therapeutic relationship is no longer beneficial
- Ethical or legal boundaries are at risk
- There is non-compliance with policies or non-payment
Clients may also discontinue services at any time, with appropriate closure if possible.
9. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
These terms are governed by the laws of India. International clients agree to be responsible for compliance with local laws regarding mental health services.
