With deep experience supporting both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, I am committed to a neurodiversity-affirming approach that respects diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I strive to co-create spaces that are inclusive, validating, and responsive to each person's distinct needs and perspectives.

Psychological concerns are often interconnected, and effective therapy involves a careful and comprehensive approach. This includes thorough history-taking, clear identification of core issues, and a collaborative therapeutic process to support meaningful change.
The therapy I offer is queer-affirmative, and I warmly welcome clients who proudly celebrate their individuality. I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space to explore general emotional concerns, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
However, I want to be transparent that I am not formally trained or certified in queer-affirmative therapy. As such, I may not be the right fit for clients seeking specialized support around exploring their gender identity, sexual orientation, or related experiences.
Should such needs arise, I will be happy to assist in referring you to a trained professional who can better support you in those areas.
My practice is dedicated to supporting clients from Indian backgrounds, regardless of where they are currently settled. Having worked extensively with individuals from diverse Indian communities, I understand how deeply cultural, familial, and societal influences shape emotional experiences and mental health.
I believe that a therapist's ability to connect through shared cultural understanding significantly enhances the therapeutic relationship. This insight allows for more nuanced support around issues such as family dynamics, identity, intergenerational expectations, and community pressures.
While I am not a medical professional and do not prescribe medication, I recognize that in some cases, a psychological, psychiatric, or general medical evaluation may be in the client's best interest.
If such a referral becomes necessary, it will be made only after careful consideration and open discussion with the client.
I encourage openness to pharmaceutical intervention if it is likely to support the therapeutic process and improve well-being. Any decision around medication will be made in collaboration with qualified medical or psychiatric professionals.
