MindQuora is a counseling platform dedicated to offering compassionate mental health support for individuals seeking clarity, healing, and personal growth.

I believe your mental health deserves dedicated time and professional care - right from the very first conversation.

To support that, I offer two options for starting therapy:


1. 15-Minute Intro Chat (Paid)

This brief, low-cost session allows me to:

  • Explain the therapy process
  • Understand your general concerns
  • Determine whether my training aligns with your needs


A fee is applied to honour the time and attention I offer to each individual, especially given that not all intro calls lead to ongoing work.


2. 45-Minute General Consultation (Paid)

This session offers space for meaningful dialogue. It allows you to:

  • Talk in depth about your concerns
  • Experience what therapy feels like
  • Ask questions
  • Decide if we’re a good fit to work together  without feeling rushed


Whether you're ready to begin or simply exploring, both options are designed to support you in taking a thoughtful first step.


Individual therapy offers a safe, one-on-one space where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, helping you gain insight, develop coping tools, and move toward personal growth and healing.


You’re welcome to bring anything that’s impacting your emotional or mental well-being. This could include anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, burnout, self-esteem issues, trauma, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

No concern is too small, if it matters to you, it matters here.


Each therapy session is 60 minutes long. This duration allows enough time to explore your concerns meaningfully, while also preventing emotional fatigue. It also supports practicing emotional regulation within a safe and contained space.


That depends on your individual needs and goals. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As therapy progresses, we can adjust the frequency together,  whether that means continuing weekly, shifting to bi-weekly, or checking in as needed.


Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some clients come for a few sessions to focus on specific concerns, while others choose longer-term work for deeper healing and personal growth. We’ll discuss your goals together and decide what pace and duration feel right for you.


Yes, I offer online therapy sessions for your convenience and comfort, available via Zoom, FaceTime, and WhatsApp video.


Yes, I offer in-person therapy sessions exclusively in Mumbai.


Yes, I provide age-appropriate support for children (8+) and adolescents, involving parents or guardians when necessary. Since sessions are conducted online, participation decisions take into account the child or adolescent’s specific needs, readiness, and comfort with the process.


You’re welcome to reach out for rescheduling or brief clarifications. However, therapy and support related to your concerns take place during our scheduled sessions to ensure focused and effective care.


In the case of an emergency, I will provide a response according to the plan we establish together during our sessions.


No, I’m not a medical doctor and do not prescribe medication. However, if needed, I can refer you to trusted medical professional for evaluation and treatment.


Absolutely, feeling emotional or crying during a session is totally okay. It often means you’re connecting with something important or releasing a build-up inside. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express whatever comes up. 


Yes. I offer sessions in English and Hindi. 


I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.


For ongoing clients, exceptions are made for up to two cancellations in emergency or exceptional circumstances.


Yes ! your privacy is a top priority. What you share in therapy remains confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others), which I’ll explain clearly at the beginning of our work together.
